McLanahan to Host Water Management School

Many mineral- and aggregate-processing facilities are facing strict regulations on water management and usage, especially in areas of the United States such as California, which has been facing serious drought conditions.

To help educate producers on water-management options and improvements they can make to their facilities, McLanahan Corp. is hosting a Water Management School in Ontario, Calif., on Sept. 24, 2015. Those attending will spend the day learning more about water management, fines recovery, thickeners/clarifiers and filter presses from McLanahan’s team of process design experts.

Presentations will cover maximizing and updating existing systems, as well as new installations. From basic processing to advanced automated systems, attendees will leave with a better understanding of how to create a safer, simpler and smarter operation.

The event will be held at the Radisson Ontario Airport Hotel, starting at 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 24. There will be no registration fee to attend and all members of the industry are invited, although attendees will need to cover their own rooming and transportation costs.

To register, please contact Elle Collins at [email protected], or at (814) 695 9807 by Friday, Sept. 4. To see the full program and agenda, click here.
